  • Can you explain the 'No Pitch, No Pay' Plan?

    Under our ‘No Pitch, No Pay’ Plan, you will only be charged if we hand-pitch your profile in response to a call out. This means your Profile will be featured in an email to the relevant journalist/blogger/media professional searching for someone with your expertise.

    If no pitches are made on your behalf in a given month, you won't pay a cent.

  • What does the 'Unlimited Pitches' Plan include?

    The 'Unlimited Pitches Plan' allows you to have an unlimited number of pitches per month at a flat rate.

    (Best suited to in-demand experts with more than 3 pitches expected per month.)

  • Are there any special plans for agencies?

    Yes, agencies can take advantage of this service for their clients through our 'Unlimited Pitches/Unlimited Clients Plan'. Again, there is no pitch guarantee.

  • Can I set a maximum budget for pitching each month?

    Yes, you have the option to set a maximum budget/ceiling you're willing to spend each month on pitches.

    This ensures you never exceed your allotted PR and publicity spend. See 'How does the pricing structure work for individual pitches?' above for details.

  • Can I cancel or change my subscription plan at any time?

    Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription plan at any time to better fit your needs and budget.

  • What if my field is not in high demand?

    Even if your field is niche, our pay-per-pitch model guarantees you only pay for the pitches made. This means no risk and only opportunities to grow your media presence.

  • How does the pricing structure work for individual pitches?

    For individual experts, we have a tiered pricing system (based on the number of pitches) OR our flat-fee subscription 'Unlimited'.

    Under our ‘No Pitch, No Pay Plan’, you can select from the following options

    • 0 pitches per month: FREE
    • Up to 1 pitch per month: $25 + GST
    • Up to 2 pitches per month: $50 + GST
    • Up to 3 pitches per month: $75 + GST
    Please note, these are introductory prices only and subject to change.

    Under our 'Unlimited Pitches Plan', you pay a flat fee regardless of the number of pitches made on your behalf.

  • How are experts selected for pitches?

    Our (living, breathing, human) sourcing expert team handpicks experts from our Expert Directory, only choosing those who we believe 'best match' the call out’s specific needs.

    This selection is based on the details and expertise outlined in the Profile, in particular the keywords nominated, expertise outlined, short story provided, image used and location of the expert.

  • What happens if I decide to reduce the number of pitches in a month?

    You can adjust your pitch count as needed. The amount you pay for the subsequent month will be adjusted (up or down), depending on your new plan.

  • Is there a guarantee my pitches will result in publicity?

    While we can ensure that your Expert Profile is pitched to relevant media call outs, we cannot guarantee that this will result in publicity, as final content decisions rest with the media outlets/professionals concerned.

  • How do I know which call outs you’ve pitched my profile to?

    Whenever your Expert Profile is included in a pitch, you will automatically receive a notification from us, by email.

    This email will include details of the call out and the matched keywords used in the search.
